Temperature control to the degree
Water temperature changes how a cup tastes. Light roasts need 94 to 96 °C to open up; dark roasts turn harsh above 92 °C; green tea wants 80 °C. Set the target on the base, from 40 to 100 °C in steps of one degree, and the water is heated to it and held there for 30 minutes. No more guessing with a thermometer and a timer.
Why a gooseneck spout?
A normal spout pours in gulps. The curved gooseneck spout slows the flow to a thin, steady stream that you can aim anywhere on the bed of grounds. That control is what makes an even extraction possible in a cone dripper, and it is why every pour-over recipe assumes one.
Electric, and sized for pour-over
The stainless steel body holds 0.9 litre, enough for three or four cups, and brings a full fill to 95 °C in about 4 minutes. The handle is balanced so the wrist does not tire during a slow pour. It switches off by itself when empty.
What to pair it with
Use it with the Ceramic V60 dripper and freshly ground beans from the Hand grinder Duo. For a first bag, Morning Light shows what precise temperature does to a light roast. Our brewing guide lists the right temperature for each method.
